How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please send your Order ID on our WhatsApp support before your order is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Some remote locations may take 5–7 business days.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 2 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
When will I receive my refund?
We generally do not offer refunds. However, if a refund is approved in exceptional cases, a ₹100 shipping and handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining amount will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order is successfully cancelled, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours.
